You will want the later… Real estate agents are experienced professional and it is more likely that they can sell your property faster than anyone else.
(4) When everything else seem to not work, consider renting your house for a certain period of time. Renting could be an immediate solution to meet your monthly mortgage payments. Also, discuss the possibility renting the house with an option to buy. It is always a good idea.
